How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process

 Where do we ship to?

We ship within the US. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship worldwide.

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

2-7 business days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Free shipping is provided.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer express courier delivery to all destinations!

Do I have to pay taxes?

If applicable, customers will be responsible for all taxes.

 How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?

Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@adimika.com with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What if I haven’t received my package?

  1. Check all external locked mailboxes.
  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them).
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@zorrata.com with your order number in the subject field.

 I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at support@adimika.com with your order number in the subject field.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at support@adimika.com to initiate the process and include your order number in the subject field. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!
